The night was now to meet again without additional sleeping bag, we took breakfast in the camper but still inside us. Then we drove to Oamaru from the library and directed us back to a comfortable to use the internet a little. There was also a Skype conversation, albeit a bit choppy.
Around midday, the obligatory twisted clouds and a blue sky spread above us. A few miles further we arrived at the Moeraki Boulders. Giant balls lying on the beach which invite to photograph. Even the enormous kelp strands which were washed up on the beach are worth seeing. Three hand-breadths wide rubbery green structures which are quite heavy.
Next we drove up the narrow coastal routes which has almost as many curves as the Arosa route to Port Chalmers. It went up and down on this narrow road and we crossed the tracks of the train line every 5 minutes. This one had a great view of the bays underneath.
Clock at 16.00 we arrived in Dunedin and at first we went to a garage because I thought the pads were on its last legs. It sounded like metal on metal would grind. It turned out to but that is only a stone had caught. We drank in downtown Dunedin, a beer and admiring the reticulated center. It is also said that Dunedin would have the most beautiful station in the world. Granted, the architecture looks really nice.
Then we went to the campsite, relative to the narrow end seat No. 24 and went shopping in the nearby store across the street. We decided to make mashed potatoes, steak, peas, carrots and lettuce with sprouts. Nutmeg I searched in vain, unfortunately, but this here is the taste that I like about the mashed potatoes. Somehow, we ate it then stop without nutmeg. Amazingly, I had to admit that it was delicious even without the spice.
