By motorcycle and camping around the island once
In the summer holidays, we wanted to go to Norway. However, since all the campers were fully booked, we decided at short notice on a motorcycle to drive to Corsica.
First, it was said to bring meaningful structures luggage on the bike. For this I chose the Turatec aluminum case. These are very practical, waterproof, and anmontiert quickly and universally. Since it is my Yamaha XT 600 no mount after Mass, a skilled metal worker had to work with me. In a "longer" working together we had this device. 
After I had it gesprayed with black lacquer, we could start packing. We went up to the maximum load limit for the XT. So we did not know if the motorcycle is perhaps too vague for such a long journey. If this were the case, we had pitched our tent already in Ticino.
The ride was not a problem so we could go on and pass Ticino Locarno, Verbania up to Savona. There, we booked a passage on the Corsica Ferries.
What is to say, it was hot - very hot. We thought, as temperatures in Switzerland were also at record levels, we would certainly bear the heat better. Yes, it can be deceiving.
